We value and take pride in building and preserving our strong baseball community. We support each other, we show up for each other, and we care for one another. Our program is about positive energy.
Commitment
We value commitment. We value the idea of investing time and energy into things we believe are important. We believe that what you get out of something, is directly related to what you put in.
Communication
We believe that great relationships start with great communication. We do our best to clearly communicate our expectations and philosophies. We also do our best to listen to and understand the wants and needs of our players.
Citizenship
We value helping others, supporting others, and contributing to our community. In the words of MLK… “Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others.’”
Access
We value making sure all players who want to participate in our program have the opportunity. With generous donations and support from the community we do all we can to make our program as accessible as possible for anyone that has the desire and motivation to participate.
