Coach Kabza has lead the Generals since the 2012 season. He has been recognized as the PIL coach of the year twice and has lead the Generals to PIL city titles in 2019 and 2021. In 2021 after the team went 17-1 he earned the honor of leading the North Team in the Oregon Senior All Star Series. He is a member of the NWPBA board of directors and a member of the Old Timers Baseball Association.

Coach Norick has coached at Grant since 2000. Norick has been recognized as Grant Assistant coach of the year twice. Coach Norick is an active volunteer in the youth feeder programs for the Grant area. Norick is also an active member of the American Baseball Coaches Association.

Coach Vasbinder has coached at Grant since the 2009 Season. He was recognized in 2017 as the Assistant Coach of the Year for the PIL. He has helped to guide the Generals to multiple city championships. He is an active member of the American Baseball Coaches Association and coaches at PNW baseball events. Coach Vasbinder focuses on leading the program’s team and individual defensive programming.

Coach Fisher has coached at Grant since 2017. Fisher played NCAA D1 baseball at the University of Portland. Coach Fisher leads the program's throwing and pitching program. Coach Fisher has been officially certified by Driveline Baseball in the Foundations of Pitching & Pitch Design Program.

Coach Rosen has been on staff since 2018. Coach Rosen played NCAA D1 baseball at the University of Portland. Coach Rosen specializes in hitting instruction as well as outfield play.

Zak Moore, Grant baseball alumni class of 2009, joined the coaching staff in 2021. Zak is a great leader and talented coach who gets the most out of players.

Nick Weddle, a Grant baseball alumni, was a standout player for the Generals during his time at Grant. Nick excelled as a youth baseball coach, coaching for the Grant Youth Baseball program. He took multiple teams to the JBO state championships (2018- 2nd place in state, 2022- division champs, county tournament champs, 2nd in state), before joining the high school coaching staff in 2023.

Owen Mclafferty, a Grant baseball alumni class of 2014, was a standout player for the Generals during his time at Grant. Owen joined the coaching staff in 2023. Owen has been helping and teaching youth with disabilities in the Portland community for over 15 years. He has been a pillar of the Bike First program, a program that enables individuals with disabilities to become independent bike riders.
